Requirements: Strong experience as a Tech LeadA minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with React5+ years of proven experience as a Front-End DeveloperA strong understanding of web application security, session management, and modern development practicesHands-on experience with build tools and bundlers (e. g. , vite, webpack)Familiarity with relational databases, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and general web application developmentGood knowledge of Node. js and its ecosystemExcellent analytical and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environmentTeam player with a problem-solving mindsetFluency in English and Italian is requiredResponsibilities: Leading the team in developing the client-side part of our web applicationsWill work closely with our design and back-end teams to ensure that business needs and customer requirements are translated into highly functional, interactive, and appealing web experiences. Nice to have: Experience with Docker and containerisation is highly valuedKnowledge of.
