**THE COMPANY

Our client, multinational company leader in Energy solution, is looking for the Italian Country a

Project Manager that will work on acquire, develop and build utility scale renewables energy plants in Italy.

**THE ROLE

Reporting to the Country Director of the company among your areas of responsibility will be the following:

- Assist to the coordination and management of the PV projects from development stage to RTB status or during construction stage;

- Follow up with developers to ensure projects are delivered according to timing and terms;

- Collaboration with technical department for a first screening of potential assets acquisition or participation in SPVs;

- Prepare, review, or improve specifications and recommendations for EPC RfQ process for PV Plants and Evacuation Infrastructures in collaboration with in-house and external resources;

- Revision of Resource and Energy Yield Assessment external reports;

- Interact with different departments in the context of Due Diligence process for acquisition or liquidation process with the support of advisors;

- Contribute to the preparation of estimate and update project CapEx and OpEx getting information from externals;

- Being aware of new technologies available in the market as batteries, hydrogen or hybridization of PV and Wind;

- Revision of engineering studies, land feasibility, environmental impact assessment and other technical staff in connection to the projects;

- Get involved into commercial and regulatory analysis to support business development to the team in Spain;

- Undertake site visits to both new greenfield sites and projects under development.

**REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Engineering with professional experience with at least 3 years of experience within the solar PV industry, used to work in cross-country and dynamic environments;

- It will be also desirable to have technical background in wind or other renewable energies;

- It is essential to have a high level of English and Spanish is desirable.

Location: Rome or Palermo

Contract: Permanent
