As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Infineon's projects on intelligent power modules and integrated solutions development run successfully.

In your new role you will be responsible for:

- **Project set-up, feasibility, implementation and closure **with release to production;

- **Defining, planning and monitoring work packages **and milestone releases;

- Project **budget and profitability planning **, **risk assessment and management **through the project lifecycle;

- **Leadership and coordination **of a worldwide distributed project team;

- Acting as **interface to Frontend and Backend **production and Logistics;

- **Coordinating and synchronizing activities **with Technology and Package Development;

- Regularly **reporting **to Business Line management, **project documentation and archival process **in compliance with ISO regulations.

You are highly motivated and result oriented, you take initiative and are able to support your team achieving ambitious goals.

Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills and are personally committed to customer needs.

You remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and are able to balance the interests of various stakeholders using the creative potential they offer.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

- A **degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics **or equivalent field of studies;

- At least **5 years of relevant experience **, **including 2 years of leading projects **, preferably in multinational teams within the semiconductor industry;

- Experience in **project management **- PMP or IPMA certification is an advantage;

- Knowledge of **risk assessment **, **risk management methodologies **and **quality management methodologies **;

- **Fluency in English **- Italian is appreciated.
