We are looking for a highly skilled IT PROJECT MANAGER with expertise in reverse engineering and a strong background in managing teams and delivering high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and deconstructing existing systems, understanding legacy integrations, and produce technical documentations.

The Candidate will manage a team of developers, enforce best practices, and oversee rigorous testing processes to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities Take ownership of testing, research, and implementation of new tools and techniques Coordinate project schedules Identify and resolve technical challenges Analyze and deconstruct legacy systems and integrations to understand functionality and dependencies.

Document existing workflows, processes, and system architecture for redesign and migration.

Provide recommendations to modernize and optimize integration architectures. .

Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and ensure smooth handovers for ongoing support.

Work closely with QA teams to validate solutions and resolve defects promptly.

Qualifications IT Bachelor's degree or equivalent Proven project management experience Ability to manage multiple projects at a time English B2 Level min.
