The role requires balancing scope, quality, time, and cost while adapting to dynamic business needs to maximize value. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Define timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for project execution. Lead and motivate project teams, acting as a mentor for junior managers. Coordinate with stakeholders, including sponsors, business units, and external providers. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage changes effectively. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget constraints. Establish reporting standards and continuously optimize project management processes. Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) desirable. Experience:7+ years of IT project management experience. 5+ years managing complex projects with business impact. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience with project planning tools (e. g. , Microsoft Project, Open Workbench, Jira). Skills:Strategic mindset with adaptability in a fast-changing business environment. Deep understanding of project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMI). Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. Ability to balance business, IT, and financial considerations.
