We are looking for a

Project Manager

for our Turin branch.

What you'll do:Paladin is the business pillar, the standard-bearer of customer needs. The candidate will follow the planning, development, and delivery of important IT-ICT projects.

Main responsibilities:Program Management: plan, alignment on projects, presentations, reporting;Monitoring the progress of functional analysis according to efficiency and effectiveness KPI;Prevent potential criticalities and misalignments between processes;Business requirements functional analysis and interaction with users;Definition of the project schedule;Development and application systems evolution monitoring.

What you'll need:A BS/MS in Computer Science/Management, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience;Excellent EnglishAt least 3-4 years of experience on IT projects;Solid knowledge of Office Automation tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project);Ability to think strategically and perform methodically;Extreme attention to detail;Ability to work with tight deadlines in an environment with competing priorities and able to ensure that all parties provide key information to make efficient decisions;Ability to produce ideas and turn them into the creation of Best practices;Excellent teamwork skills;Attitude to complexity management;Knowledge of relational and SQL databases is mandatory.
