Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you!

The objective?

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.

Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test.

Your Missions - Define and document project scope, timeline, quality standards, budget, and acceptance criteria in a comprehensive project charter.

- Develop and maintain the overall project plan, ensuring alignment with IS/IT customer objectives and strategic plans.

- Identify, allocate, and manage internal and external resources effectively.

- Establish governance structures and communication plans , ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement.

- Oversee daily activities of cross-functional project teams , ensuring adherence to project milestones.

- Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including Client Executives, Product Managers, Development Agencies, and IT/IS teams.

- Ensure the application of Project Management best practices to guarantee high-quality deliverables.

- Identify risks, propose mitigating actions, and manage issue resolution.

- Monitor project costs and benefits in compliance with company guidelines.

- Prepare timely and detailed reports for project tracking and executive updates.

- Manage project changes efficiently, adjusting scope, budget, and timeline as required.

- Conduct project closure evaluations, ensuring continuous improvement through lessons learned.

Your Profile :

- Proven experience in project management within digital domains (CMS, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, CRM Cloud solutions, Mobile Apps, Analytics).

- Hands-on experience with Drupal and Hybris ; strong understanding of B2B portals and their integrations.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with business executives and translating technical aspects into business language.

- Experience in defining and building business cases for future project phases.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
