Project Manager Job
Who we areProject Manager is responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
This role involves ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory and performance standards. What you'll be doingAssist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocationCoordinate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communicationMonitor project progress and update project documentation accordinglyIdentify and assess risks associated with IT projectsDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project impactMaintain a risk register and report on risk management activitiesTrack project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesPrepare and present project status reports, highlighting key achievements, issues, and risksEnsure that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholdersImplement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standardsConduct regular project audits and reviews to identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesTechnical / functional skills in the area of the respective project (To be discussed based on the project specific requirements)Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goalsFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback on project plans and progressCommunicate project updates and changes to all relevant partiesTakes "corresponding" role in Agile teams, depending on complexity and / or accountability of the roleIdentify opportunities for improving project management processes and practicesImplement best practices and industry standards to enhance project deliveryFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the organizationWhat you'll bring alongProject Management Tools: Microsoft Project, JIRAEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree or MBA is preferredExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably within a regulatory or international organisationCertifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirableExpertise: Deep knowledge and understanding of project management principles and infrastructure and cloud technologiesCommunication: Ability to convey complex project information clearly and effectivelyCollaboration: Working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersAdaptability: Adjusting to changes and new requirements in a dynamic environmentExcellent command of both spoken and written EnglishWhat's in it for youNew beginnings can be a challenge.
