Who we are Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.

This role involves ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory and performance standards.

What you'll be doing Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication Monitor project progress and update project documentation accordingly Identify and assess risks associated with IT projects Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project impact Maintain a risk register and report on risk management activities Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key achievements, issues, and risks Ensure that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards Conduct regular project audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Technical / functional skills in the area of the respective project (To be discussed based on the project specific requirements) Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback on project plans and progress Communicate project updates and changes to all relevant parties Takes "corresponding" role in Agile teams, depending on complexity and / or accountability of the role Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and practices Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance project delivery Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization What you'll bring along Project Management Tools: Microsoft Project, JIRA Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Master's degree or MBA is preferred Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably within a regulatory or international organisation Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable Expertise: Deep knowledge and understanding of project management principles and infrastructure and cloud technologies Communication: Ability to convey complex project information clearly and effectively Collaboration: Working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Adaptability: Adjusting to changes and new requirements in a dynamic environment Excellent command of both spoken and written English What's in it for you New beginnings can be a challenge.
