On behalf of our Client a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a **Project Manager Junior** who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere.

**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Project organization with multiple subteams, partly with other functions and external consultants

- Provide project management standards and methodological recommendation to project workstreams

- Support workstreams in the implementation plan development (actions, timing, KPI)

- Consolidate implementation plans into a master plan for a 360° view and identify interdependencies, inconsistencies, risks (e. g.

delay) and opportunities (e. g.

synergies) - Gantt chart

- Monitor progress of activities and results, consolidate information and provide timely insight

- Identify/anticipate with PMO, Workstream leads issues, roadblock to define contingency/mitigation plan

- Ensure governance and facilitate information flow (e. g.

meeting plan)

- Arrange and facilitate meetings with WSLs and Project Team

- Draft presentation

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering or related fields

- ** Project management experience of at least 2/3, ideally in the consulting area and or Pharmaceutical business**:

- Very good knowledge and experience in process best practices and systems

- Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple and cross-functional projects and teams

- Ability to address and resolve difficult situations and take decisions under time pressure

- Leadership competences and ability to identify and drive process optimization

- Strong knowledge of English.

- Very good knowledge and experience in Power point, Excel and MS Project

- Agile way of working is a must

- Can-do attitude and strong digital mindset
