Based in Milan, eLab Technology is ASW Group digital hub.

It takes care of Omnichannel Strategy for European Brands of the group, delivering eCommerce, Mobile and in store Innovative solutions.

We are now looking for Project Manager Lead to join our Digital Transformation team in Milan.

The primary focus of this role is leading European-wide digital projects, specializing in eCommerce.

Due to the global nature of AS Watson Group, this role will bring the opportunity to work on projects across several of our Business Units.

**A typical day in this role includes**:

- Acting as the Project Manager for a complex group project involving multiple technical and business stakeholders

- Managing multiple projects of different size and priority; yet always meeting objectives in terms of timing and budgeting

- Coordinating resource allocation within projects and communicating immediately when any timeline is expected to change

- Being responsible for managing communications at top level management

- Anticipating project risks and reporting them to the manager in charge, while providing possible solutions

- Contributing to the improvement of current processes, policies, standards, and evaluation principles

**What you'll need**:

- 5+ years' experience; preferably within digital consulting or eCommerce, at Retail, Health & Beauty or Saas companies

- 3 years of Project Management (or comparable) experience (Agile experience is a plus)

- Strong conflict management and interpersonal skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- A high level of understanding of Microsoft Suite, with Hybris experience a plus

- Experience at independently managing digital projects in an international environment

- The ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

- The ability to identify relevant insights from reports

- Fluency in English and Italian

- PM certifications is a nice to have
