Job Responsibilities: Manage simple projects in line with the objectives of their organization (division, factory, sites. . . )Ensure the achievement of project objectives (compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality)Participate in defining the schedule in relation to the project objectives, identify and optimize the critical pathEstablish and coordinate the project team (at the appropriate frequency)Identify, evaluate and manage risks by proposing preventive measures and supporting changePrepare and lead project reviews (monitor progress and milestones)Communicate on the project's progressIdentify and manage contingencies (delays, resources, compliance with commitments) by proposing appropriate solutions/corrective measuresEnsure the proper use of project management tools and methodsVerify the conformity of all deliverablesEnsure that project documentation is available (operating procedures, procedures)Close the project and capitalize on the know-how, experience and best practices acquired as well as on the errors to avoid. Relations and Responsibilities: Interacts with project team members (from their own organization or other organizations) and their hierarchical managers (negotiation, blocking point)May be in contact with suppliers, partners. Acts as a facilitator and coordinator for the project teamIs responsible for executing the project while respecting constraints and ensuring the conformity of deliverables (compliance with specifications, quality, deadlines, budget. . . )Communicates on the progress of the project to GQC members (Dashboard)Is responsible for applying standards and processes within their scope. Profile: Specific professional knowledge:Has a good understanding of project management methods and tools (dashboards, planning, budget. . . )Has knowledge in the areas of negotiation/network animation, internal/external communicationHas a Master's degree or significant experience of about 3 years recognized to hold the position.
