Job Description:As SILENT-YACHTS, we introduced a new era of yachting through our solar-powered luxury catamarans.

Our mission is to create an independent and environmentally friendly sailing experience that combines the silent cruising of a sailboat with the luxury of a motor yacht.

For this reason, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team for an immediate entry (full time).

Have a Bachelor's or ideally a Master's degree in management engineeringHave 5+ years of experience in a shipyardVerifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with past successful project executionHave good knowledge of system integration in marine applicationsHave passion for boats/yachts in general (boating license is an advantage)Have basic knowledge of CAD software (Rhino, AutoCAD)Have the ability to read 2D & 3D production drawingsAre able to work independently and in a structured mannerHave organizational skills, flexibility, and reliabilityHave a creative problem-solving attitudeAre solution-orientedHave willingness to travelHave a "Hands-on" mentalityHave strong verbal and written communication skills in English and ItalianHave experience with Microsoft Office (MS Teams experience is welcome)
