Our Client is an important Company, expert in design and manufacture of equipment for Customers in Offshore and Onshore industry. Thanks to its growing business, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will join the Turin Office and plant. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Active management of own projects to ensure deliveries according to contract, on time and on budget. Discuss contractual matters with customers. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Set project milestones and ensure the project is delivered on time. Lead, guide, and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress. Provide support and resolve conflicts within the team. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management. MAIN REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or higher education in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience in Machinery Manufacturing Company. Knowledge of Machinery with hydraulic and electrical plant. Good with MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software (e. g. , MS Project, Primavera). Knowledge of project management methodologies.
