As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading various Monitoring & Diagnostic projects within the Service organization, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and delivered to the desired results, following the field commissioning and service (post-installation) activities when required.

The Project Manager holds a critical position within an organization, acting as a key facilitator between various teams, project teams, functional departments, external suppliers and partners, and client representatives.
They may report into Operational Team Leads or directly to Business Management within the organization.
**How You'll Make an Impact
- Defining the project scope, goals, and objectives, as well as identifying partners, and working in line with Target Agreement & Letter or Empowerment.
- Ensure that the contract commitments are planned within the business systems and coordinate the activities of project team personnel and functional departments to meet the plan.
- Resource, Time and Cost Management: Allocating appropriate resources (human, material, and financial) to tasks and supervising their performance to ensure efficient use of resources throughout the project.
Monitor project financials to identify and accurate deviations from the project plan and follow Contract Review process.
- Supervise installation and wiring of devices and sensors.
Validate communication of devices within the customer's network infrastructure.
Compile FAT and SAT document and reports.
Produce technical and safety-related documentation to access customer's plant/site
- Handle claims and/or open points, within the warranty period of the contracts, limiting risks and economic losses of the projects.
- Project closure: release the resources involved, analyze the lessons learned, NCC and evaluate the projects results.
**What You Bring
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role or as a Product Manager
- Basic electrical skills for validation, review and as-built of the electrical drawings.
- Proficiency in using project management tools.
- Availability to make short business trips domestically and occasionally worldwide.
Business trips may include: customers/suppliers visits, technical inspections and commissioning (about 40% of the working time).
- Proficiency level of written and spoken English and also Italian
- Ability to effectively connect with team members, customers, clients, and suppliers.
- Able to negotiate with partners to reach agreements and resolve conflicts, ensuring that project objectives are aligned with customer expectations.
- Adaptability to different plants and site environments, with good empathy and interpersonal skills to lead and understand the different personalities that may be encountered during activities (customers, suppliers and technicians).
