**Responsibilities**:
In particular, the primary tasks and activities will be:
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks and assigning team members to various deliverable
- Analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks and resource allocation
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards and deadlines
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, including issue log, development lists
**Requirements**:
- Experience in PMO within ICT projects
- Involvement in ERP implementation projects (from the analysis phase to the post go live support)
- Experience with Dynamics F&O ERP will be considered a plus
Soft Skills:
- Team working and international mindset
- Languages: fluent English and Italian
- Expected to be flexible in undertaking the duties and responsibilities related to the role
- Mature and self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Pressure and target to achieve with limited time and resources must not be an issue
- Available to travel worldwide if required
