Project Manager Officer
b2x - The Omnichallenge Company is seeking motivated individuals to be involved in its projects in the capacity of Project Manager Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful applicant will work with the PM to initiate and oversee the launch, development, evolution and eventual maintenance of omnichannel platforms for the online sale of products. He or she will be responsible for all operational aspects at every stage of projects, interfacing with the various company departments involved and with the client, in order to ensure the execution of individual projects in accordance with the budget and timings stipulated and agreed in the planning phase, and will report directly to the relevant PM.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The Project Manager Officer selected will report to the relevant PM as part of the PM / Accounts Team, and will be immediately involved in ongoing and/or new company projects in order to acquire any necessary skills "in the field" by direct experience of the dynamics and business processes, as well as the specific needs of clients.
ACTIVITIES
Work with the PM to initiate the projects assigned, on the basis of the needs expressed by the client and the criteria agreed in the offer.
He or she may be involved in the offer specification phase, in which case he/she will need to interface with the relevant company departments to calculate the estimate.
Once the project is underway, he/she will participate in meetings, both within the company and with clients; take minutes and collate project documentation.
Coordinate with the other company areas for the production and data entry of the materials necessary for the setup of websites.
Collaborate - where necessary and requested - with the PM, the functional analyst and the technical team on the drafting of the project development plan.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the management of operational aspects related to the development and implementation of web portals.
Degree.
Ability to work in a team.
Excellent written and spoken knowledge of the English language.
Previous experience on international projects is appreciated.
Willingness to travel for short periods within Italy is required where necessary for project needs.

PAY GRADE
Pay grade and salary will be evaluated on the basis of the candidate's level.
