The company also acts as a holding company, retaining share capital in the boutiques and Generali Investments' companies.

COO Product Distribution & Boutique Ops Coordination function oversees operational activities to support the development of the Product & Distribution business line and coordinate the collaboration with Active Management Boutiques from an Operations standpoint.

The main goal of the position is to oversee and animate the relationship with the Active Management boutiques and perform project management activities on matters relevant to the unit.

- Entertain the collaboration and knowledge / capabilities sharing community in a multi-boutiques model

- Entertain specific multi-boutique activities i. e.

forum/workshops relevant to Operations matters

- Own and animate monthly call involving boutiques COOs, providing updates on Group and AWM BU initiatives

- Manage and follow up cross-boutique topics and initiatives (i. e.

Market Data strategy, Group providers analysis, vendor repository, Custodian services review)

- Explore potential synergies with the boutiques, considering revenues and costs

- Become point of contact to raise issues on OPS scope that may collectively involve several entities of the BU

- Develop and drive a portfolio of projects to support the multi-channel distribution strategy with distribution managers - marketing, sales, client servicing and the coordination from an Ops standpoint with the active management boutiques

- Identify issues and report to Group senior management as needed

- Support internal stakeholder in defining projects scope and objectives

- Support the coordination of project teams (internal and external stake holders) to facilitate the execution of Product & Distribution business line initiatives

- Perform ad-hoc competitive intelligence analysis (e. g.

business case drafting, benchmarking etc)

**Requirements**:

- Engineering or Master's degree preferably in Finance, Economics or Business Management

- 5+ years' work experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking institutions or Consulting firms

- Strong project management, coordination, and presentation skills

- Solid experience in managing heterogeneous projects at the same time

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking

- Solid analytical and conceptual skills to solve problems; ability to structure and propose solutions

- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Fluent in English, Italian -will be an advantage

- and another language will be a plus
