**About the Company**: for an IT Technology company that works in reatil field, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a **Project Manager.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Managing large-scale, complex projects that may involve multiple internal and external partners;

- Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan and related project management artifacts;

- Identifying, assessing and resolving project risks;

- Conducting projects events like Kick Off, Status Update Meeting, Steering Committee etc.

;

- Evaluating business processes, performing requirements analysis, uncovering areas for improvement;

- Working closely with Business Stakeholders and Software Engineers;

- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements;

- Performing and Coordinating user acceptance testing;

**Requisiti**:

**Must have**:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Project Management Area;

- Experience with Order Management System;

- Bachelor or Master degree (e. g.

in IT, Management, Business etc.

);

- Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects;

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills;

- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;

- Excellent documentation skills.

- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

- Team player, collaborative with a remarkable client first attitude;

- Concrete, rational and able to work with tight deadlines;

- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken;

- A PMP/PMI/Prince2 Certification and an Agile/Scrum Certification will be preferred.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in the usage of Fluent Commerce;

- Experience in Retail.
