The Project Manager (freelance) will support the Project and Development Services (PDS) team in: Supporting the Project Management on the assigned projects, with specific focus on office, logistic/industrial/data center, living, hospitality asset classes; Pro-active attitude is a must in the day-to-day activities; Willing to take ownership of the issues until their positive resolution; Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects; Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget; Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility; Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques; Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; Report and escalate to the Senior Project Manager as needed; Effectively support in the management of the relationship with the client and all stakeholders; Perform risk management to minimize project risks; Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors; Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project; Contract management experience will be a plus. To apply you need to be: Qualified as Engineer or Architect; Knowledge in Project Management principles, best practices, methods, and tools; A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; Complete proficiency in Microsoft Office suite / AutoCAD / MS Project; Effective operational proficiency in English; Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated; Must be flexible and a team player; Organized professional; Experience in a complex construction site project will be considered a plus; Interested in and have knowledge about ESG and sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM, WELL certifications); Vat number (Partita iva).
