About the Company: For a multinational market leader in consumer electronics, our Recruitment Engineer is looking for a Project Manager PIM. Core Responsibilities: You will manage and lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives which may be large scale, high impact projects with moderate risk and complexity. The primary focus will be on strategic projects related to: Product Information Management (PIM) platform; Pricing strategies projects; Assortment Management and Purchasing projects. You will be responsible for all aspects of a project, from start to finish, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and meeting defined success criteria. You will focus on problem-solving and will have the ability to propose workable solutions. You will contribute by: Managing large-scale, complex projects that may involve multiple internal and external partners; Developing the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts; Identifying, assessing, and resolving project risks; Conducting project events like Kick Off, Status Update Meeting, Steering Committee, etc. ; Evaluating business processes, performing requirements analysis, and uncovering areas for improvement; Working closely with Business Stakeholders and Software Engineers; Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements; Performing and coordinating user acceptance testing. Must Have: A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Project Management; Experience in PIM/DAM project management; Bachelor or Master degree (e. g. , in IT, Management, Business, etc. ); Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects; Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills; The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions; Excellent documentation skills; Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations; Team player, collaborative with a remarkable client-first attitude; Concrete, rational, and able to work with tight deadlines; Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Nice to Have: Experience in the Retail Market; PMP/PMI/Prince2 Certification and an Agile/Scrum Certification. Location: Verano Brianza (MB). Further Information: Smart-working available.
