We are looking for a **Project Manager** to join our R&D Project Portfolio Management Team, based in Piombino

Dese (PD).

She/He will be responsible for ensuring the expected outcomes on time, at cost and in full compared to

internal or external stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

PROJECT DEFINITION AND PLANNING MANAGEMENT

- Defines the project scope, the key milestones, the deliverables with related resources planning and is

accountable for achieving the project result on time, at cost and in full.

- Addresses the process of projects approval and identifies improvement area and specific KPIs.

- Defines a feasible plan in order to achieve the milestones and deliverables of the project and aligns

with the company's overall strategy.

- Deals with assigned project teams and other stakeholder both internal and external, in order to define

and coordinate planning, rolling planning, tasks and resources.

- Presents to the other leaders in-depth analysis and reports in order to sustain decision-making process

on critical points by evaluating different project scenarios and their impacts.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXECUTION AND MONITORING

- Manages the projects of the assigned area, coordinating project team and balancing priorities and

activities planned with the aim of ensuring the project result on time, in full and at cost.

- Provides project team with tools and reports, in order to respect timescales, budget, requirements

from internal or external stakeholder and deadlines.

- Monitors projects progression ensuring regular updates, including budget control and resources

workload, identifying risks and issues and, when necessary, addressing mitigation actions and

contingency plan.

- Leads project data collection, such as status report from project team in order to present to

stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and if necessary, engages them or the leader

above for decisionmaking.

- Ensure constant alignment with project plan and adjust or reallocate resources to accommodate

project changes.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES AND GUIDELINES

- Takes advantage of and applies best practices, methodologies, documentations, tools and guidelines

defined as PPM company practice, ensuring the spreading throughout entire project execution, in order

to keep all project leaders aligned and get consistent project information.

- Provides the project team with training on project management methodologies and facilitates

knowledge sharing in order to foster project management culture across the relevant business area.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

- Proposes project budget for the approval process and manages properly the budget assigned.

**Qualifications

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Engineering Master degree

- 5 years' experience required in project management in multinational company

- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)

- PMP certification preferred

- Knowledge of:

- Continuous Improvement: methodologies, techniques, principles and models

- Lean Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing: methodologies, techniques, principles and models

- World Class Business/Manufacturing: methodologies, techniques, principles and models

- Legal and Standard Requirements and Specifications, such as OHSAS, ISO, cGMP
