About the RoleAs aProject Manager R&D, you will be support the existing team in managingR&D projects focused on high-end, design-driven packaging solutions.

You will co-manage the development of new concepts, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities1.

Project Management & Development in support to the R&D manager, coordinate R&D projectsfor innovative packaging solutions Work closely withinternal teams (design, materials, production, and sales)to develop packaging solutions aligned with brand and market needs.

Collaborate withdesigners, engineers, and marketing teamsto develop packaging that enhances brand storytelling and consumer experience.

Act as theinterface between R&D, commercial teams, production, and key clientsto align technical solutions with market needs. support the R&D director in relationships withexternal suppliers, innovation partners, and technical centersworldwide. 2.

Ensure smooth transition from R&D to production, optimizing industrial feasibility Work with production teams totroubleshoot challengesrelated to new materials, and packaging functionality.

Present project updates, technical solutions, and prototypes to internal and external stakeholders.

Support the sales team by providingtechnical expertisein client meetings and presentations. Qualifications & ExperienceEssential: Experience inmanaging international projectsinvolving multiple stakeholders.

Basic experience in CAD design Fluency inEnglish(mandatory); other languages (French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus. Preferred: previous experience inEngineering, Packaging Technology, Industrial Design, or a related field.

1+years of experiencein R&D, packaging development, or technical project management withinluxury packaging, spirits, cosmetics, or related industries. knowledge ofmaterials (glass, aluminum, wood, polymers) knowledge of Project Management softwares.
