About the Role As a Project Manager R&D , you will be support the existing team in managing R&D projects focused on high-end, design-driven packaging solutions.

You will co-manage the development of new concepts, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Project Management & Development in support to the R&D manager, coordinate R&D projects for innovative packaging solutions Work closely with internal teams (design, materials, production, and sales) to develop packaging solutions aligned with brand and market needs.

Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketing teams to develop packaging that enhances brand storytelling and consumer experience.

Act as the interface between R&D, commercial teams, production, and key clients to align technical solutions with market needs. support the R&D director in relationships with external suppliers, innovation partners, and technical centers worldwide.

Ensure smooth transition from R&D to production , optimizing industrial feasibility Work with production teams to troubleshoot challenges related to new materials, and packaging functionality.

Present project updates, technical solutions, and prototypes to internal and external stakeholders.

Support the sales team by providing technical expertise in client meetings and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience Essential: Experience in managing international projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Basic experience in CAD design Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages (French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.

Preferred: previous experience in Engineering, Packaging Technology, Industrial Design, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in R&D, packaging development, or technical project management within luxury packaging, spirits, cosmetics, or related industries. knowledge of materials (glass, aluminum, wood, polymers) knowledge of Project Management softwares.

Location: Breganze (VI).

Contract length: 12 months.
