**Position Overview**:
WestLink is seeking a talented and motivated **Project Manager** to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software projects by collaborating closely with the product management team and clients.
Your exceptional organizational skills, communication abilities, and leadership qualities will contribute to our project success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with our product management team and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- Plan, execute, and manage software development projects to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, optimizing the use of talent and skills.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage changes effectively.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the product management team and clients providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvement areas and implement lessons learned.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry, managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Scrum certification or equivalent is a plus.
