Key Qualifications:

- A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering field.

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector.

- Exceptional management, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the national photovoltaic/wind sector.

- Proficiency in English (B2 - C1 level).

**Responsibilities**:

- Define clear and precise project scopes, outlining objectives, deliverables, and necessary resources.

- Effectively communicate project details to the team, ensuring understanding and alignment with project significance.

- Develop detailed plans including activity sequences, task durations, and resource allocation, ensuring project objectives are met.

- Set and communicate specific, measurable objectives for each task or project phase.

- Oversee ongoing tasks to ensure efficient progress, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

- Proactively address unexpected issues or scope changes, identifying and implementing timely and effective solutions.
