A Snapshot of Your Day

The Project Manager is fully responsible for Project Profit and Loss of the assigned projects, being appointed as main project interface within the organization and external partners.

You will be part of a Project Management team within Gas Service Business, being part of the Service Organization.

In this role you will achieve experience and knowledge on Gas Service projects and you will take care about Service Project Execution, managing service Outages related to Gas turbines, Steam Turbines and Compressors units.

**How You'll Make an Impact

- Take full ownership of the project's profit and loss.

- Ensure outstanding quality throughout the project.

- Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards as outlined for the Project Manager role.

- Engage with external customers to build positive relationships.

- Collaborate with both external and internal suppliers.

- Lead all aspects of and coordinate all engineering activities, Handle service outage activities efficiently and coordinate construction site activities.

- Provide comprehensive internal reporting through project reviews.

**What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ideally Energy or Mechanical),

- Previous experience (2 to 4 years) as Project Manager in the Service Business

- Ability and flexibility to adjust and thrive in environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.

- Background that includes an emphasis on effective communication, proactive and independent work, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate within a team.

- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken, written) is required.
