It will involve taking ownership of one, or more, of Deepkis strategic international accounts.

You will manage a variety of tasks from project plans, schedules, project requirements, client presentations, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

This role will also require you to perform detailed requirements analysis and troubleshooting, managing international resources, documenting processes, and communicating your findings to both internal teams and our customers.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Ownership of one, or more, of Deepkis strategic client accounts End to end management of specific client contracts, to include:

delivery against clients objectives; progress reporting against milestones; (pro)active management of challenges as they arise; client stakeholder management Drive the customer support life cycle for onboarding and data integration; starting from analyzing the issues, finding the root cause, suggesting thesolution and following through to the resolution of the issue in a timely manner (share and embed learnings within the Deepki business and processes) Work with internal teams to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion and that they understand where this client sits within the context of the clients objectives Understand business requirements and develop a plan to execute internal / external projects on time and within budget Provide support to customer success managers with standard implementation and operational tasks Manage the preparation of necessary presentation materials for meetings Ensure client SLAs are met, data deliveries are on schedule and compliance with quality standards is maintained Manage across all stakeholder groups for the account(s) (to inc. client specific projects) On the back of client projects and wider conversations around their needs more generally, provide internal recommendations for process and product roadmap enhancements and feature requests Establish, maintain and develop the standard project documentation, plans and reports Develop KPI reports and metrics Prepare documentation to support customer processes Provide support to the the Sales Team, in identifying and developing account growth opportunities Involvement in key Deepki business projects (from project delivery, to ESG and wider business innovation) as required Profile
