Job Title: Project Manager About the Job We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Security and Building Management Systems (BMS) projects within our Integrated Solutions portfolio. Your Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of projects, including budget, schedule, resources, and deliverable quality Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients Assess contract changes and provide regular project updates to stakeholders Drive project success through effective leadership How You Will Deliver Results Take full responsibility for successful project delivery Collaborate with customer project teams to coordinate milestones and resolve scheduling conflicts Oversee budgets and identify opportunities to enhance profitability Make informed decisions under pressure to keep the project on track Understand customer needs and provide recommendations and briefings to ensure alignment and satisfaction Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships as their primary point of contact Foster a positive and productive project environment and build strong relationships with colleagues What We Look For A University degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in Security or BMS projects Technical skills in managing the full project lifecycle, technical documentation, non-specific software, BMS knowledge, and communication protocols used in BMS Language skills: Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken Adaptability and ability to travel frequently within Italy and internationally About Our Company Johnson Controls is a global diversified technology and multi-industrial leader serving a wide range of customers in more than 150 countries.
