Project Manager, Segrate
As a Project Manager, you will be involved in two critical areas: managing site utilities in accordance with LEO Pharma standards and GMP, and overseeing the implementation of the CAPEX project plan within the factory.
Your main responsibilities will include:
PROJECTSDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility according to GMPC/Best practices. Coordinate internal functions and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within established budget. Measure project outcomes using LEO systems, tools, and practices. Perform risk management to minimize project risks involving relevant stakeholders. UTILITIESTechnical and operational management of site black & clean utilities, including coordination of third parties according to LEO standards, GMP, EHS, and Law regulations, and to foster environmental efficiency in the planned and agreed times and costs. Manage complex infrastructure services and utilities, safeguarding their continuous availability 24/7. Identify and implement improvement actions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the relative units. Guarantee cost effectiveness and consistency so that they align with the quality, accuracy, and performance required. Manage projects aimed at efficiency improvement of site black & clean utilities systems through continuous process optimization and technical improvement. Provide technical insight to the purchasing department for technical service providers. Identify, evaluate, and implement requests from authorities and third parties. Manage the site technical library including drawings, maintenance plans, etc. Responsible for site on-call service. To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
Master's Degree in Engineering. At least 5 years' experience in plant engineering, project engineering, or maintenance of chemical-pharmaceutical plants. Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Knowledge of national and international GMP standards. Knowledge of the production process. As a person, you are adaptable and flexible; you are a good communicator and not afraid to reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve in accomplishing your goals.
