In automotive, it has built commercial partnerships with corporates such as Mercedes for the application of metamaterials inside vehicles, introducing a sound insulating panel which can keep the performance and have 30% less weight than standard solutions.

In home appliances partnering with key player like Elica to reduce the annoying fan noise;in building sector, it is developing in partnership with major building contractors an innovative panel to reduce noise disturbance in building sites. Job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager Senior to oversee the manufacturing and installation of our products within large-scale infrastructure projects.

This role focuses on managing the full lifecycle of tech based noise canceling products implementation across complex projects such as railways, highways, logistics centers, and energy production facilities.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure the timely and successful integration of these products into various infrastructure developments. ResponsibilitiesManage the production and installation of noise canceling tech based products within infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of noise canceling product installation across projects in railway, highway, logistics, and energy sectors. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Oversee the timely delivery of acoustic products to project sites and their installation, ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met. Address any technical, logistical, or operational issues during the installation process, providing solutions as needed. Monitor and report project progress to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer and company requirements. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. QualificationsProven experience in managing the production and installation of noise canceling products within large-scale infrastructure projects (e. G. , railways, highways, logistics centers, and energy facilities). Strong background in Civil Engineering, with specific expertise in structural design and materials related to acoustic solutions.

Structural engineering background is more relevant than acoustic background. Experience in managing and coordinating with cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and designers. Solid understanding of structural and noise canceling products, materials, and installation techniques applied to civil and infrastructure projects. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
