**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage changes within several projects of series with large scale and high complexity after SOP (Start of Production), and monitor the implementation, in consultation with supervisors

- Assure compliance with allocated project budget; introduce actions in case of deviations and act as interface between involved internal and external areas (e. g.

key project leader, technical project leader, sub-project leader, customer, suppliers, departments, etc.

);

- Analyze and evaluate changes internal/ external (e. g.

product information, cost evaluations, etc. )

in cooperation with departments, etc. )

while also cooperates in negotiations (e. g.

volume and costs of changes, etc. )

and assure implementation.

- Manage Changes in Series project in common work with the Product managers and the other departments: planning, controlling and monitoring the changes while also organizing and performing change management meetings including coordinating the information flow

- Write, check (eg level of detail, presentation, change requests, etc. ).

and broadcast Engineering Change Requests.

If necessary, Archiving of Engineering Change Requests

- Check and coordinate technical and commercial cost estimations; eventually introduce appropriate measures (eg.

escalation in accordance with the escalation model)

**Requirements**:

- Completed Economic or Engineering degree, alternatively commercial / technical training with qualifying further education;

- Previous experience in a technical role of minimum 3 years;

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similiar role of Project Management in the vehicle or supplier industry as well as technical understanding would be considered advantageous;

- Advanced knowledge of English if a must, German/Italian is considered advantageous;

- Project management skills and knowledge of problem-solving techniques and change management;

- Very good communication, conflict management, problem solving and analytical skills are a must.
