**Responsibilities

**He/she will principally**:

- Complete site surveys defining solutions cost assessment;

- Deliver PV solutions according to contract signed by sales colleagues or Agencies;

- Lead the project team members (engineering, procurement, contract management, support function );

- Manage the complete construction of a roof PV Solar plant;

- Guarantee planned delivery timeline and costs;

- Assist, support and go with sales team in the most complex negotiations;

- Help to seek and find new installer partner to increase E. ON SME delivery platform;

- Project Reporting to assess assigned targets achievement;

- Final solution commissioning and customer billing.

**Qualifications

- Technical background, Master's degree in electrical or energetic engineering is a plus;

- 1-2 years of experience in energy efficiency solution project management are a plus;

**Key Skills**:

- Possess strong organizational and time management skills;

- Strong communication skills;

- Creative problem solving for critical projects/ on site crisis situations;

- Autonomous worker and team player;

- Good level of English, both written and spoken, a plus.
