**What is your role?

We are looking for a Project Management Support & New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager who will support Project Management Team in managing key client projects and lead the industrialization of a product, from the Kick Off meeting to the Start Of Production for specific projects.

The support will be concerning Project Management activities, the coordination, preselection and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope cooperating with the Project Managers and the Project Team in order to guarantee the smooth development and industrialization of the new products.

The main purpose is to support Project Management Team by creating and guaranteeing a proper planning and on time delivery of prototypes and development activities.

On top of that he/she will lead the industrialization of a product for defined projects.

**Main Responsibilities / Tasks**:

- Ensure technical support requested for projects assigned

- Testing management

- All Program management (drawings, project numbers, etc )

- Customer sampling request / prototypes pad supply chain

- Sampling activity for Customers

- PV project launch & Industrialization from Kick-off to PPAP

Requisiti di posizione:

- Master Degree in Engineering or Business Related disciplines

- Professional use of MS Office tools

- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

- Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills; ability to drive consensus

- Ability to interpret and adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals

- Ability to effectively prioritize work

- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively manage across multiple organizational levels to achieve project objectives
