PURPOSE

You will manage projects regarding the implementation, integration, optimization and development of technology solutions and related services for Life Science domain, ensuring planned profitability and consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

You will follow prospects from the pre-sale phase, supporting the collection of client's business requirements and the design of efficient solutions, ensuring that the client's expectations are satisfied.

You will liaise with the Business Development Team, the Unit Director and the Managing Director to support company innovation and process improvement

**Requirements**:

ACCOUNTABILITIES

- To develop work plans and time schedules, establishing budget in terms of time and resources, identifying project resources, consultants and equipment together with function managers

- To partner with the end users, works with project sponsors and other management to establish progress and direction of the project

- To manage project resources to achieve goals, reach milestones and deliver the project on time and within budget ensuring the company reaches the planned profitability

- To manage external vendors for the supply of project components (licensing, services, consultancy) ensuring the fit for use within the budget and the scope of the project

- To support Administration and Finance Units in active/passive invoicing and revenue recognition process related to the managed project

- To track and assesses project SLA

- To ensure that the company's tools for project management and team allocation are continuously and correctly updated

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

- At least 2 years of experience as Business Analyst and Project Manager in a technology environment in the Life Science sector

- Project Management certification path (e. g.

PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus

KNOWLEDGE

- English, good

- Life sciences environment and related technologies

- GxP environment and CSV principles

- Risk management

- Norm ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 9001

- Digital health market including mobile apps for Life Sciences (e. g.

eCOA, RWE, etc.

), medical device, machine learning, artificial intelligence, big data and advanced analytics
