_Project Manager (Temp 12 months)_

This role will play an important part in the AGCO Customer Research & Insights Team as we are developing and rolling-out globally innovative approaches for steering Customer Experience and overall NPS.

The role owner will support the whole team in the planning of our programs in the various countries around the globe, and the proper coordination of resources and interdependencies.

The role owner will also contribute to enhance the team reputation by ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

The role will report to the Director, Customer Research & Insights

**Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives for the entire program portfolio, collecting and organizing all requirements, goals, milestones, stakeholders

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Set deadlines, reach out to stakeholders for task assignment and update

- Monitor and summarize progress of project.

Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

- Set up and chair stand up meetings / calls for progress update, manage regular communication about project updates

- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and slide deck as needed

**Key Competencies and Qualifications

- 1/2 years of proven experience in planning and managing projects

- Marketing or technical bachelors preferred

- Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Experience with project management software tools

- Good in English language; other languages are an advantage

- Good interpersonal skills, ability to liaise proactively across the organization
