Requisiti: O&M Deputy Manager (Utility Scale Plants) (m/f/d) JUWI AG

We are looking for a Deputy O&M Manager to be based in either Milan or Verona, Italy.
Join our dynamic Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team successfully maintaining 300 megawatts (MW).
Key Responsibilities: Ensure maximum MWs under development to reach Ready to Build (RTB).
Support the management of portfolio projects under co-development with co-developers, ensuring all development steps are met successfully.
Proactively support solutions to issues faced by the team.
Minimum Requirements: Experience in operations and maintenance management within utility-scale plants.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
