The PM manages medium sized industrial maintenance and refurbishment projects from A to Z.

Furthermore, he|she will manage the spare parts portofolio of Cooling and AQS System, in Italy including internal sales and order implementation.

He|She develops a long-term relationship with the end-users, partners and subcontractors.

He|She is able to follow up several projects at a time.

Principal Accountabilities:

Manage the project from from tender phase to installation (contractual, technical, financial, etc) mainly in Italy.

Responsible for achievement of financial, qualitative and time related end results.

Select solutions and contact subcontractors, requesting prices, comparing quotations, respecting budgets, Organize, initiate and follow-up the site erection activities.

Negotiate all phases of the project with the aim to achieve entire end-userssatisfaction at lowest cost.

Detect, anticipate and solve potential issues all phases of the project.

Administrative follow-up:

formatting progress reports in cooperation with project controller, as built file format.
