Project Managers**:

**Capgemini Engineering** is looking for **Project Managers** for its site of **Milan**.

The new colleague will be involved in **Telecom, Media & Technology** markets and they will manage the following activities:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Report and escalate to management as needed.

**Skills Requested**:

- Experience as PM in project on migration/implementation of a CRM platform

- Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing and Sales cloud

- Experience implementing Medium and Enterprise scale Salesforce solutions

- Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates

- Excellent command of English.

**Nice to have**:

- Both experience as Project Manager and Business Analyst

- Project Management Professional (PMP /Prince II) certification

- Salesforce Certifications

- Lead, marketing and account management processing experiences.
