As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for flawless project execution through effective coordination of activities and resources.

You will contribute to innovative technology injection projects in a complex and interesting technical environment.

You will ensure every detail is meticulously planned to deliver successful projects to our customers.

As a Project Planner & Control, you will be responsible for:

- issuing the Project Schedule agreed with OTR functions, which is the baseline that sets target dates for the activities of Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Site Installation.

- Being involved in planning & controlling the technology development and industrialization roadmap of newly developed Climate Technology Solutions collaborating with Program Leaders and influencing the right decision making.

- updating and reviewing the Project Schedule, assessing and verifying the progress, identifying current or possible future risks, and proposing solutions to issues

- maintaining and regularly communicating to the manager the progress & main schedule risks for each project

- supporting the Project Manager with all necessary elements to issue the Monthly Report according to contractual requirements

- updating the schedule according to actual activities status and highlight risks that could jeopardize the project

- Working together with project team, suggesting recovery actions to mitigate criticalities shown by the analysis of the critical path.

- Interacting with site team and contractors in order to monitor site execution.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

- Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills

- Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate to Senior Leaders, establish credibility and indirectly influence others, building effective partnerships

- Be able to speak and write in English (advanced level).

- Be able to use Primavera P6 software

- Be able and willing to travel between 10% and 15% for short customer meetings
