The design and production center in Caserta, the historical headquarters of the Company with a surface area of over 400, 000 square metrers, and the office in Savona, dedicated to engineering. About the RoleWithin the Project Management team, the Project Planner is responsible for developing and monitoring project plans, ensuring that the activities and schedules of the various business functions are aligned with contractual milestones.

The figure is responsible for identifying any deviations and critical issues in a timely manner, supporting the project management team in managing the schedule and adhering to planned timelines. What you will be working on:- Develop and manage the Project Master Schedule, detailing the sequence of activities according to contractual milestones and business requirements.

- Monitor and update the Project Master Schedule, checking for consistency with planned timelines and highlighting any deviations from the project baseline.

- Support Project Managers in periodically monitoring job KPIs and preparing analysis reports on project progress.

- Coordinate with business functions involved in the project to ensure constant alignment on timelines and any critical issues.

- Ensure compliance with planning and control procedures, proposing improvements in scheduling management processes. Do you have:- Master's degree in management or industrial engineering or related disciplines.

- At least 3-5 years' experience in Project Planning or Project Control roles, preferably in manufacturing and multi-product settings.

- Solid knowledge of project planning and scheduling principles.

- Excellent command of SAP (modules related to project management and scheduling) and project management tools (e. g. , MS Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to managing deadlines and priorities.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel for data analysis.

- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. LocationCaserta, Italy
