Job description Planner

**Main Duties and Competencies**:

As a Planner you will draw up the overall project schedule and coordinate this with the detailed schedules of the various project disciplines.

During the execution phase, you will continue to develop, manage and monitor the overall schedule drawn up during the tendering phase.

- Advising on and monitoring critical pathways using advanced project management software such as Primavera, Tilos and MS Project.

- Independently and pro-actively supplying the necessary data in order to provide the most up-to-date and complete picture possible of the project's progress and alerting the project management in the event of any major deviations from the schedule.

- Coordinating progress and interfaces between the various project disciplines.

- Processing technical, financial and staffing information, making connections and presenting the data in the form of transparent reports and diagrams.

- In the case of large-scale, complex multidisciplinary projects, working with the Risk Manager to analyse the risks associated with the project schedule, producing an accurate picture of the scheduling uncertainties so that the agreed milestones can be achieved.

**Skills & Experience**:

- A higher professional qualification or equivalent.

- Experience working with project management programmes such as Primavera and/or MS Project.

- Familiarity with the techniques and working methods used in the sector.

- Independent, pro-active, accurate, with strong analytical and organising skills.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Collaborazione

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

- Laurea triennale (Preferenziale)

Esperienza:

- project planner: 4 anni (Obbligatorio)
