What you will do

Support end to end project implementation coordinating projects planning activities for all projects phases (Initiating, Planning executing, closing and monitor & Controlling).

Execute and maintain project plan:

- Support WBS (work breakdown structure) creation- Track the plan involving all responsible players- Support the core team meetings report out- Maintain and track project action register- Take under control project Capital and expenses- With project leader support estimates and track project resources- Produce project updates documentation.

What you need to succeed

Must have- Bachelor or Master Degree in technical fields (preferred Management Eng)- 1 - 2 years in similar roles, but can also be the first job- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. - Demonstrate self motivation-

- Ability to operate in cross functional and global teams- Knowledge of most common project management software

Nice to have- PMI certification
