Scope: Update full schedules for low criticality projects or parts of schedules of projects with any criticalityCollect time-related progress informationPrepare standard progress reportsResponsibilities: Maintain schedules or assigned parts of schedules according to Time Management Plan and company's proceduresCollect progress information from stakeholders and suppliersParticipate in periodic project schedule review sessionsReport the actual or potential delays to the core project teamPrepare standard schedule and progress reportsBasic knowledge of project scheduling theoryPractical skills in at least one scheduling software toolPractical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)Fundamental knowledge of the engineering or construction industriesPrepared to learnGood interpersonal skills; a team playerAccuracy and attention to detailAdaptability in a multi-cultural and rapidly changing environmentEducation: Engineering or Business degreeYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
