Join us!OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLEThis position is responsible for planning & monitoring complex, multi-year EPCI project(s) through identification and completion of critical path and parallel work activities to achieve optimum performanceKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops project estimates and resource loaded schedules using Primavera 6 / MS Project softwareCalculates earned value management reporting parametersWorks directly with the Project Managers and project team members to identify and resolve problems in the area of planning and scheduling for the project(s) responsibleDirectly monitors, controls, consolidates and provides feedback to the project plans developedAssists project management team in preparation of project reporting, analysis and various reporting for managementConducts project progress monitoring including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to dateRegularly keeps management informed of problems, issues, and status of the project against the base-line programmeDefines and prepares monthly KPIs and reporting in accordance with project requirementsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor level qualification in relevant degree (Engineering, Science or Business). Proficient in use of ExcelProficient in use of MS ProjectProficient in use of Primavera P6 (Preferred)Fluent in English and ItalianMinimum Experience:From 2 to 5 years of experience in project controls primarily in project planning and schedule development on EPCI Projects (construction and oil & gas environment is appreciated)Working Knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management Systems is essentialExperience in defining and producing planning reports / dashboardsGood analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essentialProven track record in successfully planning multi-disciplined projectsDemonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsMature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiativeIndependent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervisionFast worker with ability to work well under stressAbility to work well as a team playerAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyAvailability to travel (in & out of country) around 20/30 % of the timeYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
