The selected resource will be involved in Project Management Office activities, and, with increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility, will handle the following duties:

Project Planning Project Management assistance for planning purpose Cost Monitoring actuals vs planned Invoicing process monitoring and problem solving Reporting activities Attendance to meetings and elaborate minute of meetings Work Experience Specialized Knowledge / Skills: High School Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Discipline Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools (i. e.

Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

), previous experience in similar activities would be considered preferential Familiarity with MS Project Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication in Italian and English and teamwork abilities Seniority level: Entry level
