They specialise in Commercial and Public sector construction, high-rise buildings, infrastructure projects, civil engineering.

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Planner to join a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring the timely and efficient execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.

Analyse project scope, identify critical path, and assess resource requirements.

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and generate regular progress reports.

Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met.

Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays.

Conduct "what-if" analysis to evaluate the impact of potential changes to the project schedule.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Planner in the construction industry.

Proven experience with Primavera P6 is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
