Serioplast is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Project Portfolio Intern** to join our team at our Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG).

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a **Project Portfolio Intern** to support our **Project Portfolio Specialist**.
This role will provide hands-on experience in project management processes, tracking project performance, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing facilities.
**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in creating and maintaining project management reports, tracking project progress and performance.
- Support the development and maintenance of project management standards and procedures, ensuring adherence to company practices.
- Monitor and report project status, communicating progress and ensuring timely updates to the project management team.
- Evaluate portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Aid in post-project analysis, assessing budget adherence and identifying lessons for future projects.
- Support the preparation of business cases and feasibility studies for new projects.
- Track KPIs and other performance metrics to ensure project execution quality and efficiency.
- Assist in budget tracking to ensure financial control and alignment with project objectives.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Economics, or a related field).
- Basic understanding of project management processes and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of business processes and procedures.
- Proficient in English.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards is a plus.
- Accountable, problem-solving mindset, resilient, passionate, and a strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Disponibilità:
- Dal lunedì al venerdì
- No weekend
