Lombardia EUR 50. 000 - 70. 000 7 giorni fa Job Post: Project Post Order Coordinator The Project Post Order Coordinator manages and monitors all the Post Order activities (expediting, inspection, and logistics) for the assigned project(s) to ensure the achievement of the defined results in terms of schedule, quality, and budget.

He/She directly reports to the responsible of the Post Order Management and to the Project Procurement Manager, once assigned to a Project.

Key Activities and Responsibilities: Responsible for the integrated management of the Post Order-related activities (i. e.

expediting, inspection, and logistics) for the assigned project/projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements in terms of time, costs, and quality, following Project Procurement Manager/Director instructions.

Responsible for planning and monitoring post order activities on the project, in close coordination with the Project Procurement Manager.

Involved in the Pre-Order activities providing knowledge of the Contractual requirements and participating in the final negotiation with suppliers for discussion/clarifications on the ITP standard and Vendor Document List.

Main interface with the Inspection & Expediting Department for the follow-up of the supplies and with the Logistic Department for the material shipment at Site.

Submit and discuss with the Final Client the outcome of the expediting and inspection reports issued for the supplies.

Personal Attributes: Work experience: at least 5 years gained in engineering companies in a similar role.

Fluency in English.

Availability to travel for short and long periods.
