It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair and supportive work environment.  As a Project Procurement Manager, you will coordinate the procurement of materials, services and subcontracts for EPC projects. You will relate to the Client and act as an interface between the Project organization and the Supply Chain function.  Main activities: Define the project procurement strategy, in accordance with the contractual conditions and requirements.  Plan, coordinate, manage and monitor the purchasing activities of materials, services and subcontracts, in line with the procurement guidelines and procedures, in compliance with the timeline, requirements and project constraints.  Contribute to the tender strategies relating to the assigned project.  Identify and manage potential procurement critical issues, in order to mitigate possible impacts on project supply chain activities.  Define and issue project procurement deliverables, in line with company procedures and contractual obligations (e. g. procedures, procurement plan, list of project suppliers, tender commercial package).  Develop and issue periodic reports on the progress of project procurement activities.  QUALIFICATION: Degree  KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Excellent knowledge written and spoken (at least B2) LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract EXPERIENCE managing procurement or project management activities, preferably in international companies in the energy sector.

Experience managing / coordinating people.   IT and TECHNICAL SKILLS: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.

Good knowledge of legal, administrative and management issues related to the stipulation of passive contracts.

SOFT SKILLS: Ability to work towards objectives and establish priorities and actions aligned with the general project strategy; ability to organize one's work independently with respect to deadlines; ability to share and communicate information in a functional way; ability to work in an international context; dynamism, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.   NICE TO HAVE: Experience in purchasing various types of material (machines and packages, boilerwork, piping, instrumentation, electrical material, etc. ) in the Oil & Gas field; experience in purchasing services and subcontracts; SAP; work experience abroad; availability for international mobility.  LOCATION: Milano, Via Russolo 5 (Rogoredo).  All interested candidates (L. 903/03) are invited to consult the privacy policy (art. 13, D.
